Hare-Kon. originally ended with 187 chapters on June 17, 2019. Serialization returned on January 17, 2022, with the after story "Hare-Kon. Okawari!" The eight Okawari! chapters were relabeled as chapters 188 through 195, and published as volume 20 of the original series. The manga was nominated for the 42nd Kodansha Manga Awards in the General category in 2018. The series was published digitally in English as Harem Marriage by Kodansha USA from January 5, 2021, to December 10, 2024.
